Update!!
Tomorrow night I shall update with my weigh in. I have yet to take pictures and will have to get one of the boys to take some of me in the morning!

Food Diary
Lettuce
1 Chicken Thigh baked with Rosemary and Whole Grain Mustard
Tub of Youghurt
Cottage Cheese
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
1 Banana
1 Orange
3 Bottles of water
3 Glasses of milk
Salad w/ ham and turkey
1 corn cracker
1 piece of ham w/ cheese
8 strawberries
corn on the cob
hand full of saltanas and almonds
1 cup of coffee
4 glasses of water
Omelette w/ tomato, basil, cracked pepper, ham & cheese
berry, rhubarb, banana with muesli put on top -- w/ yoghurt
Exercise
50 minute walk through the neighbourhood
40 min walk in the hill park
1hr walk/jog
30 Min walk in the hill
50 minute walk @ the beach in the soft sand
50 minute walk in the park with hills - mainly going up and down the biggest hill there.../dies
50 Minute walk in the park with hills.
1 Hour and 40 Minute walk in the Park with Hills
60 Minute Walk
90 minute walk in the park with hills.
